We've created this Facebook page to keep you up to date with what’s happening in the GAC Group around the world, to give you a chance to provide us with feedback and comments, and to connect with GAC companies, staff, customers, partners and other followers on Facebook.

We welcome your feedback. However, please note that our Facebook page is NOT an official customer service channel. Comments: We welcome your comments and the opportunity to engage with you online. However, we do have a few simple rules that we'll apply in the interests of online civility and respect for others. We reserve the right to delete comments which violate any of these rules, and to block users who repeatedly violate the rules, or otherwise abuse the forum.

Complaints and grievances: The GAC Group has specific procedures in place to receive, investigate and deal with any complaints and/or grievances raised by employees, customers or other outside contacts. Our Facebook page is not the right medium for such matters. If you have a complaint or grievance, contact us at [email protected] and we shall be happy to advise you about the best way to bring the same to the attention of the correct people to look into the matter.

The rules are simple, and based on mutual respect and appropriateness:
• No name-calling – If you don't like someone’s comment, say so. If you have something to say to us, by all means let us know. But please do with courtesy and without using insulting language.
• No profanity, please – In the same spirit, please do not swear or curse in your comments. Bear in mind that what you write may be seen by people you work with, or those you want to business with, and the way you choose to express yourself shapes the way others view you.
• No advertising or spam – If you have something to sell or provide services, please do so through your own website and/or Facebook page, not GAC’s. Spam - as indiscriminately distributed unsolicited messages or posts, often for advertising purposes is known - will be deleted. Repeated posting – If you keep posting the same thing, whether as a post or as a comment, we reserve the right to hide or delete duplicates.
• No politics – GAC is a diverse global organisation with staff and customers around the world. We insist on mutual respect and tolerance and, as such, request that personal political views be expressed elsewhere, not on this page.
