Information how to place an order/Processing time/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellation:

*How to place an order*
- Comment under the picture
- Send a private message with your complete order or you can click "check out on website" button.
- I will get back to you ASAP about processing time and billing

*Payment*
- Girly accept Vipps (Norway), Bank transfer and Paypal
If you pay using PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. And you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

*Processing time/Shipping*
-Custom made dresses: The Making process for each item after receives cleared payment is 3-5 business days (depending on the size of the order).

-Pre made dresses: Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days,

-Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. Your item will be shipped with International e -mail treasure/EMS with tracking number.

-You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail before any product is shipped.

-If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please choose DHL shipping method.

-Girly is not responsible for any shipping errors and delays due to the post office or incorrect addresses provided by the buyers.

-For international Buyers, please be aware that your orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your country. These charges vary by country and it is impossible for me to predict or calculate. Therefore the buyers are responsible for these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

*Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellation*
*Custom Made item: Girly cannot accept refunds or exchanges for some of reasons such as "I changed my mind" or "I don't like it anymore" If order is as requested. Unless it is Girly mistake. If Girly sent you the wrong dress/color/size please contact within 48 hours of the dress shipment arrival. Photos must be provided or the original product being returned to Girly. The returned dresses must be in brand new & unused condition.

*Pre Made item: If you purchased a wrong size by mistake and want to exchange - you would need to pay the return shipping as well as shipping back to you for the exchange item.
Girly ALWAYS check everything before shipping to make sure that your items are in perfect condition. Because Girly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

*You have 12 hours from the time the confirmation is received to contact Girly regarding canceling or adjusting the purchase order.
