Historie

Glacier AS is a restaurant, bar and cafe in the city center of Odda, 2 minutes walk from the Bus station, city center and parking area, just opposite to the Hardanger Hotel. We are open from July 8th, 2016.

During my 7 days stay at Odda I went to this restaurant almost everyday. The food was amazing! The salmon was delicious and well cooked. The restaurant was very clean and the owner was really cordial. The price was also reasonable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Odda. It’s worth a try. Also if you sit outside on a sunny day, you get an amazing view of the Odda fjords.
DELICIOUS!!! GREAT SERVICE!! VERY FRIENDLY!! CLEAN!! TONS OF VARIETY! Awesome restaurant with a great view right in the heart of Odda. We ate here TWO nights in a row and couldn’t have been happier. The manager is very inviting and takes a lot of pride in his cuisine. If you dine in Odda, definitely check this place out!!!
Har handlet her take away. Det var en shishkebab. Den var saftig og god med en fin balansert riktrig krydret smak. Det var servert med god ris, salat, hummus og krydret pitabrød. Betjening våt super hyggelig og maten var klar på 10 minutt.Mat: 5/5
Very good food. Fresh and delicious. Salmon is good chicken tikka is good. Not salty but fresh. Hours is friendly too.
We were looking for a place to eat vegan but there were not a lot of options in Odda. We tried Glacier and the owner was so kind. He made us feel like everything was possible, we just had to sit down and he would help us. We ate very simple but delicious! The owner is our host on airbnb, so we chose this restaurant. We have no regrets : The food was delicious, especially the tikka massala and the portions were large for here. The menu is varied: vegan, Middle and Far Eastern, European. There is something for everyone.Mat: 5/5
Glad that I found this place on Google Maps. A must try if you are staying in the area or passing through like me. So good to have Asian food again and they do it well here despite offering a wide variety of different foods. They have vegan options too. To top it off, staff are friendly.
This local restaurant is delicious no matter what you get. The kabobs were amazing as well as the chicken and rice. There’s also a local cider here that was great! The owner is amazing and there was amazing service. Glad we got to eat here back to back nights!
Undoubtedly, very nice restaurant. Clean, and clear service... Food was delicious! Good portion, spices were opt and perfect. Good vegetarian options. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Delicious and freah food, named afte the Norwegian attractions, with Turkish/Syrian themes. The portions are in good size and the price for a touristic town is fair. The waiter is very polite, kind and welcoming.
