Ski equipment can be hired at "Valfjället" ski resort only 19 km away.
Local cities in proximity includes Kongsvinger in Norway and Arvika in Sweden- both within 40 km. Oslo and Karlstad Airports, as well as the city of Oslo, are a mere 100 km away.
