Pregnancy & Postpartum Massage:

The perfect way to relax, center and connect with your self and your baby.


Birth Doula:

Continuous, individual and gentle support throughout your birth, from an experienced birth partner who you know and trust.


Postpartum Doula:

Visits at your home to soften the transition after birth: self care and newborn care, feeding, parenting solutions and practical help.


Courses & Counseling:

Dealing with questions, hopes, fears, dreams and overwhelm concerning conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

My name is Ragnhild Torjesen.
I am a mother of three and a passionate birth visionary living at Nesodden, outside the capital of Norway.
I was certified as a doula and prenatal therapist at Doulaskolen i Oslo in 2013 and continue expanding my skills, knowledge and respect of birth, - to be able to truly serve you on your journey through conception, pregnancy, birth and parenthood. I believe that the process of bringing new life into this world should be honoured as a powerful and beautiful time of transition, bringing challenges, gifts and a enormous potential for growth. It is an incredible honour for me to be invited into this process by the families I serve!

My office is centrally located at Nesoddtangen, outside of Oslo. I practice as a birth and postpartum doula within a circumference of 90 min. Visits, sessions and courses can also be arranged for at your home or in Oslo, on request.
