Velkommen til min side. Her finner du informasjon om Ashtanga og barne yoga og hvordan du kan melde deg på kurs.
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous and dynamic form of yoga consisting of a series of postures that the practioners follow in the same order every time. The postures are put together so that every posture prepares for the next. Ashtanga is based on the principle of vinyasa, meaning syncronicing the breath with the movements. The content and the repetative movements make the practice a moving meditation that helps you to quiet your mind. It creates an intense internal heat that purifies and detoxes muscles and organs. As well as improved blood circulation, body strenght, flexibility and stamina your mind gets more focused, concentrated and calm through regular practice.
Training, health and wellness have always been an important part of my life. In 2009 I was introduced to Ashtanga yoga and it was an immediate passion. The intensity and physical form it represents was compatible to my nature and previous training background. Since 2011 I have been doing my daily practice under different known international yoga teachers. Practicing regularly has become an important tool in handling life s many challenges.
My passion for yoga, completing an Ashtanga Vinyasa RYT 200 hrs yoga teacher training, Yoga Alliance Standard, assisting highly experienced yoga teachers in their classes and my own yoga practice , I am prepared to pass the tradition on. I will lead you through a logical,well-paced and fun yoga practice encouring you to breathe freely, move with more awareness and appreciate your best tool:your own body. You will develop increased strenght and endurance, which will prepare you for your own self practice. In the end, the most important teacher is you and your practice.
