Fantastisk flott hytte som virkelig var "glamping". Vi leide ved elven på "Peiskos" hytten, der kunne vi ha med liten hund på 8kg. Kjempe flott å høre og se elven under hele oppholdet. Kanon god pizza på YX i nærheten! Og masse matvarer på Spar. Alt er i gå avstand fra campingplassen. Alt i alt, kjekk og moderne hytte! Aktiviteter i nærheten: Masse aktiviteter for barn i nærheten. Mat og drikke: God mat på både YX og spar! Men hytten har bålpanne og fult kjøkken, så ingen problem å lage selv!
En av mine favortittplasser på handle, stoppe og noen ganger overnatte i Jølster. her er alt fra bading, fisking, hiking, alpinanlegg og mye mer. I Øslter er det alltid mye å finne på. museumer , fjellturer og en av Norges vakreste daler rundt Jølstravannet. Det er hundrevis av fjell i nærhet til Jøster som du kan velge å gå flotte turer på. Noen afv de nyeste fjellturene er laget av sherpaer med sine berømte trapper til topps.
Flott familieplass, både for sportsfiskere og for de som bare vil oppleve miljøet, stemningen og roen langs elven. Mange flotte turløyper, noen slakke og fine, og andre mer krevende.Rom: 5/5
Houses are very basic, but have everything you need, + price is great. I was surprised how entertaining the location is. Wonderful stay for family with children: long waterslide, zipline, cool and unique playground, swings, etc. Sauna with a river view, small pool with spring water. SPAR is just 1 minute by walking. We’ll definitely come back next year with our daughter.
Staff was very friendly and helpful considering all kinds of questions, we were very content with all of the explanations concerning our stay and the camping site / cabin. I.e. we complained about the cooking pan which was in a very bad shape since it had been used wrong and heavily scraped with metal cutlery. The staff immediately took action and provided an almost new one so that we could cook our dinner. I must say, the cabin we had was in a quite good shape, but when we woke up in the morning, the windows had humidity on them from the inside which is proof of quite bad insulation and the bedroom had a very high air humidity, which was very unpleasant. Besides that, we were happy to be able to use the washing machine aswell the dryer for a small amount of money. What I also personally disliked is that the reception of the camping is in the gas station next to the camping and it has a very strong smell of fat in it which is very unpleasant imo.
A family run campsite with really excellent sanitary facilities, situated on the E39 just south of Vassenden.The site is on the very fast flowing river Jolsta with a Good quality busy supermarket attached to the site. Despite being close to the E39 it was quiet at night. There is a nice walk along the path of the E39 to Vassenden but the return along the country road on the other side of the river was beautiful. The lake Jolstavatnet is really beautiful. There is a golf course next door. A lot of money has been invested in the cottages and huts and some, overlooking the river, look spectacular.
It was great experience to be here We had one night so lovely and amazing The gas station close by so you can shop and the place have great view on the river The breakfast was the best breakfast ever i had in hotels i have been to before Thank you very much for this amazing stay

If you get the opportunity to stay in the riverside A frame, consider yourself lucky. This place is beautiful with the view of the river. On top of that, the wood fire hot tub is amazing! This place has it all. I stayed here with my girlfriend on our vacation to Norway and it was one of the big highlights of our trip. Would strongly recommend!
