if you come by tent, there are some nice, small hidden spots towards the water. Nobody will bother you there, it's very calm and there is a beautiful view. One downside is however that the toilets are very far awayRom: 4/5
Amazing location on the waterfront. Facilities are modern & clean. Service is great. It’s a large campsite but feels smaller as it is split into smaller areas. The renovated cabins are to a high standard. Dolphins swam past a couple of mornings.Rom: 5/5
Probably one of the best campsites in Norway. Very large area, well kept. Generous pitches, most of them with great view on the fjord. Very clean and modern facilities and infrastructure. Close to road but relatively quiet. Very good WiFi. Friendly staffService: 5/5
There was no fireplace or grill area, and only a few showers and toilets leading to long waits. The WiFi didn't reach our tent, and the hot water, costing 10kr for 5 minutes, wasn't hot enough with low pressure. The small kitchen was always full, making meal prep impossible. Reception was closed from 22:00 to 09:00 with no way to buy necessary coins during that time. Only two washing machines and one dryer served the whole camp. Electricity plugs were industrial and unusable. No sinks or plugs outside meant using cabins for simple tasks like brushing teeth or drying hair, which was very inconvenient. Not recommended.
Flott lokalisert campingplass. Stort område til telt, vogner og biler. Har også en del hytter med rimelig høy standard. Gode og moderne serviceanlegg. Grei badeplass, vi benytter oss av SUP utleie. Campingplassen er noen kilometer fra Sogndal sentrum, for matbutikker og restauranter. Kommer gjerne tilbake.Service: 5/5
Vi overnatta i telt i 2 flotte soldager fra fre-søndag. Vi ankom med bil på fredag rundt fem tiden, og da var det mye ledige plasser. Fantastisk beliggenhet helt ned ved fjorden! Litt ventetid til dusj og do på morgen og kveld, men det er å regne med
Flott campingplass, toalettene og dusjene ikke noe mynter er veldig rene og pene. Utsikten over fjorda er kjempefin. Men: Det er relativt dyrt - vi betalte nesten 600 kr for 1 natt bobil + 3 voksne + strøm!
I can confirm many of the good things said about this campsite. BUT: We have rented a cabin Alt. 4 with „high standard“ and obviously higher cost. The advertised „small TV“ is indeed tiny, and shows 3 Norwegian channels only! Useless to non-Norwegians. The living room = kitchen has 2 big „windows“ to the south, one more to east, and actually none is a window you could open, all fixed glass. Black tiles on the floor heating up in the sun. Two tiny windows in the bedrooms can be opened, but you end up having the main door open all day to get some fresh air in, especially on sunny days. The „furniture outside“ is a small wooden bench/table that you know from motorway resting places. The neighbor cabins have 1 cheap plastic chair in addition. That’s it. Therefore I can‘t recommend the cabins Alt. 4. They are also lacking some love and care, several small things broken and not repaired.
Vi var positivt overrasket av denne fine campingplass som ligger nede ved havet. Vi leide en ny og fin hytte som var romslig, og det var gode service-hus med alt man trenger. Gode muligheter for å fiske, padle, og andre aktiviteter. Kan anbefales!Rom: 5/5
Veldig flott campingplass, ryddig og reint, flott service bygg og et fantastisk hyggelig og serviceinnstilt vertskap. Kan absolutt anbefale denne campingplassen, var der med campingvogn, det var fine flate og jevne plasser, kort vei inn til Sogndal sentrum.Service: 5/5
