Who is KML? KML is Kjell Magne Longva an Aviation Consultant with close to 28 years of experience within the aviation business. Flown everything from photo flying to business jet including scheduled, non scheduled, charter, ambulance and corporate. During all the years been an instructor with major in Human Factors and Air Law. CRM and MCC instructor for decades and trained many pilots in all levels. For years been an examiner. I was trained at London Guildhall University in Human Factors. During the years held the position as the Flight Operation Manager, Chief Flight Instructor and Head of Training. Accumulated thousands of hours and flown around most of the globe. Since April 2011, due to loss of license from medical reasons stepped out of the cockpit. Due to this fact, more time is now available to devote into the business of consulting for small, medium and also large operators for courses and documentation development such as operation manuals and training manuals.
