Senja:
Senja is the second largest island after Hinnøya (excluding Svalbard) in Norway located in Troms county. The island has an area of 1,586.3 km ² and under of 8000 inhabitants. The highest point is Breidtinden (1014 m) .
The island is known for it's diverse landscape and has been called a Norway in
miniature. The exteriors are characterized by dramatic mountains that plunge straight down in the sea, but also of idyllic islands and sandy beaches.
Inside one finds fertile soil and a friendly landscape of rolling
hills and birch. Inside the valley is thriving rural communities and small farms.
