This campground has a few positives - nice beach and atmosphere, and dishwashing sinks which is nice, and showers and toilets which are clean. However, the queues for the showers and toilets are incredibly long and there are far too few for a campground this large. The campground also has very basic facilities which is not what it should be because this is easily one of the most expensive campground in the area, you are paying for the location not the amenities. To wash laundry you also need to load money onto an app and you will end up having to load more money than you need. Overall fine campground and we stayed for two nights because of the great location but it really needs more facilities.
Very beautiful location. If it’s sunny, you can enjoy the midnight sun from the beach. Ground for tents is pretty good and lots of places. Facilities are good and clean. The beach bar has good food and drinks. We were hiking through Lofoten and randomly got here. We stayed for two nights and got back for two more on our way back. 100% would recommend.
Stayed there with car tent. Had a sauna 180.-per person and it was hot!! If you get the place near a beach - it’s perfect. Showers and toilets were clean. Definitely get there before 18.00 then you will get the best place.Service: 5/5
Jeg og mitt barnebarn bodde 5 dager i telt. Vi hadde en flott opplevelse i vakker natur. Veldig barnevennlig med en stor kasse ved stranden. Med ett godt utvalg av strand leker til alle som ville låne. Det var satt opp balanse line som var populær blant både store og små. Det er også 2 stk volleyball baner på stranden. Mitt barnebarn deltok på surfe skolen og han bare elsket å surfe. Muligheter for å leie tørdrakt og brett på dag bassist. Vi leiet også kajak og hadde en flott padle tur. Her var det masse å finne på for de som liker en aktivt ferie. Men passer også for de som bare vil nyte strand livet. Det var flere store sol senger og gynge benker på stranden. God service og veldig fornøyd med maten i restauranten. Men savnet å kunne bestille noe enkelt som toast på kvelden. Familie dusj og rene vel holdte toalett og dusj. Men kunne gjerne vært fler da det var mye kø hele døgnet på både toalett og dusj. Vi har storkost oss og gleder oss til å komme tilbake Aktiviteter i nærheten: Mange muligheter for aktiviteter på campen. Men også sentral beliggenhet i forhold til andre turer og aktiviteter. Fremkommelighet til fots: Buss fra moskenes kai stopper rett ved og det var ca 80m til resepsjonen. Mat og drikke: God mat og drikke. Kunne gjerne vært flere retter på menyen når man spiser alle måltider der. Interessante detaljer: Ingen tvil om at dette er en surfe plass. Meget bra gjennomført surfe stil / dekor i restauranten og ellers på området.
Beliggenhet fantastisk! Men det hjelper dessverre ikke. Irriterende hvorfor alt skal være felles på bad?? Skal du barbere deg eller pusse tenner så gjøres dette i fellesområde med lang kø, morgen og kveld. Fire vasker for herrer på hele campen. Og to felles vasker på gamle området for begge kjønn. Dusj og toalett får du faktisk gjøre alene. Kafeen var stor skuffelse. Dyr Basic halv lunka burger og dyr kald fiskeburger fiskekake med noen halvsvidde poteter. 420,- pr natt for bil, telt og strøm er også over gjennomsnittet av pris. Ble bare en natt og drog videre. Synd for turene i nærheten. Men da er det heller verdt og kjøre litt lengre fra en annen camp. Mat og drikke: Skuffet. Prisnivå langt over kvalitet!
It’s a nice place to stay if you are in a camper van. Plenty of space. There aren’t enough restrooms for the amount of people on the campground but that seems to be pretty normal for Lofoten. Showers are coin operated; you get 6 minutes of hot water for 20 NOK. I took a surfing class which was awesome and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. The instructors were awesome and professional.
The location of the campsite was good, with a nice beach. Some people may want to hike to see the view from the campsite, which is possible. We paid 360 kr per day for camping in a tent. Facilities: The honesty toilet was not enough for all the people who were camping there. There were two toilet blocks, the first one closer to reception had four showers and four toilets, but there was a long line waiting to use them. The toilets were not really enough for the approximately 250 people staying at the base camp. We also had to pay for hot water, which cost 20 kr for six minutes. Despite these issues, the location was nice. I recommend visiting during a less busy time.
Honestly amazing experience. We were a bit unsure whether we should stay there after reading the comments but decided to try it for a night and ended up extending our stay with 2 extra nights. The views, the vibes, everything is amazing and totally worth it. The terrace had nice things as well. I do think there are too little showers + toilets for the amount of people that can fit in the camping, but just make sure you use the bathrooms outside of the rush hours. We never had to wait in line because of this. Totally worth it and I recommend it!!
Clean toilet, clean shower, respectful people, plenty of picnic table. Free surf board. Awesome and kind staff. Very little of insect. No MOSQUITOES Great view. It's just a bit tricky to find a flat and good spot for the tent as you tend to don't get too close from someone else's camp. Aktiviteter i nærheten: Surf Mat og drikke: Restaurant and bar
Really beautiful! The ground for tents is nice. Lots of options. You sleep with the sound of the ocean. The kitchen is small, but it wasn't a problem at all. 6-min showers are okay. It's quite clean. The beach is amazing. You can have a picnic there. And enjoy the midnight sun in summerService: 5/5
