Our professional guides and photographers, Arild Heitmann and Stian Klo, have spent years scouting and shooting the area on their own. LofotenTours is their brainchild, and their vast knowledge and experience is unmatched in Lofoten, so you are definitely in safe hands. They will provide in field tutoring, post processing tips, portfolio critique aswell as showing you hidden gems, way off the regular tourist traps. Arild and Stian are also slightly nocturnal, which means they won't shoot in harsh daylight and flat light - so if you are looking for a phototour or workshop where you can expect a solid 6+ hours of sleep each night, this is not the tour for you. 5AM wake up calls (often after shooting auroras earlier that night) are normal. It's all about catching the best light.
