Koster dobbelt så mye som DHL, og pakken hentes på samme tidspunkt som DHL henter. Derfor er jeg usikker på hvorfor prisen er dobbelt så høy. Jeg var i kontakt med bedriften siden klokka 13:00, og de fikk beskjed med en gang om at pakken skulle hentes utenfor Oslo. De mente det fortsatt var god tid. Etter flere telefoner fra meg, fikk jeg beskjed klokka 15:00 om at det var for sent å hente pakken utenfor Oslo. Veldig useriøse. Anbefales ikke.
Det var kanskje litt sent på fredag ettermiddag, men folkene hos SendSmart Solutions hjalp meg med å finne den beste løsningen for den viktige pakken min.
Highly recommended, I had a very good experience when sending x3 pallets from Trondheim to Paris. Mail Boxes was the only one that took the time to call Bring and TNT in Trondheim and convinced them to pick up the pallets from a particular and not a professional. Was visiting from the US and I lost my passport. Had an appointment with the embassy at 10 AM and desperately needed passport photos in the early AM. Although they weren’t set up for this, they were willing to print the photo I had on perfect 2X2 photo paper. Exactly what I needed. I also had a huge suitcase I had with me and I knew I wouldn’t be able to bring into the consulate. They were willing to store my suitcase for 4 hours just out of kindness to help a stranger. I came back for my things and asked what I owed, and I was told “consider it a gift from your friends in Norway.” Not sure I have ever come across such thoughtfulness in dealing with business for over 50 years. I don’t care what your business is here, I am sure it will be much different than mine. But regardless, you can trust this business. Not many people display this type of kindness these days. Thank you from a stranded American!
We needed to use a print shop in the city of Oslo on our way to the ski festival last week. They printed a poster for us on the same day. A very nice person assisted us at the counter, and we will be happy to use them again next year.
The staff is very helpful, we are sending to parcels via DHL and they helped to set up an account and solve all the questions that we encountered. Location is convenient and it is 5 minutes walk from Oslo central station, I will definitely come up.
Only place to send fed ex in oslo! Hard to find parking but great service!
I never write reviews, but I am writing one here because the service was truly excellent. I had to ship books and some other things within Europe and Thomas patiently provided half a dozen price quotes including pickup, packing and shipping. When I finally decided what to ship, they arrived promptly on time to pick up my shipment, packed my stuff, and spent a lot of time carefully going over the packing list with me. When my boxes arrived shattered, many businesses would have blamed the shipping company but Mailboxes actually took responsibility and reimbursed me the packing costs. In sum, I wasn't totally pleased with DHL but I highly recommend this Mailboxes store. I'll definitely be using their services again.
