Subsea
Miras has provided products and services to the subsea installation zones for several years.

Maintenance and modification:
Since 1989, Miras been a multidisciplinary provider of maintenance and modification services for demanding industries in Norway. Our customers set the high standards of safety, quality and execution.

Power / energy:
Our district has many plants in hydropower and Miras has provided services to most installations in Northern Norway. Forward is the "new" renewable energy such as wind and wave power a focus area.

Other industries:
Fish farming, plastic industry, and a number of other industry players have needed services provided by Miras.

History
Miras was established in 1991 based on engineering, maintenance and industrial services. The company was established by restructuring and privatization of the Norwegian ironworks in Mo i Rana in the late 1980s. The activities of the companies that formed the basis of the group had at the time nearly 60-year history as part of the national steel plant in Mo i Rana.

In 2010 merged with Bergen Miras-based Nomaco, a company established by Hallvard Einevoll in 1994. The company provides insulation and surface treatment, scaffolding and temporary workers.
Miras Industries ("Miras") was established in February 2012 and is the bridge between our subsidiaries so that our customers can get total solution from one vendor, one stop shop
Miras Industries will also facilitate the development of our employees across companies and focus on talent will be the key success factor.
