It's a page where i will show what i eat, how i prepare my food,how i think and show the results of my journey to good health.
I am presenting a demonstration of what i eat everyday, how i think , how i live and enjoy life. My aim on this page is to find ways that would help people gather energy thru changing their lifestyle and/or to be cured from sickness and diseases.
During my research i found out that sickness and diseases is not a hindrance to life, on the contrary a pathway to life where it leads to living life into it's fullness. From being down we will help each other , push us "up the hill" to reach our goal and be a winner. Sick people often times feel isolated, depressed and frustrated, My Journey to Good Health will show us where to go, what to do and where to ask help and/or how to be strong and self sufficient.
