Mytologifestivalen, Lundarhegni Naturpark, Kvinnherad, Ytre Hardanger

Historie

We want to explore "Nature Mythology", our own and relationship throughout the entire world, by opening up for our long lost, hidden and forgotten tribes.
The festival seeks magic from the past, as a tribute to the land, inhabited of creatures and spirits. Our drive is based on love for the art of "Unity in Diversity".

Concert at Lundarhegni Amfi
Birgitte Bakke will play the Hang instrument
Celio De Carvalho, percussionist from Brazil
Lidia Pinheiro, female dancer from Brazil
Matangi & DJ, vocal singer from Ølve with her band

In the end there will be a norse thanksgiving Blot to the fertillity God Frey. The performance is open. Leader of the ceremony will be Runahild.

Gathering in bus/cars.

Ferry is leaving for crossing the Hardanger Fiord.
Walking the past inside the beautiful Stone Park, Rosendal. The founder of this park, Dr.scient. Øystein Skaala will be guide.
If space, the most devoted soules can drive to the glacier, Folgefonna, where history is frosen in time.

We will drive to the HOLY ISLAND OF THE GODDESS, today called Tysnes. Here we will seek information. Why has this island been, and why is it still so special? We have been so lucky. The author Knut Olav Rage will be our guide. He is probably the local living person today with most knowledge about this subject.

2012: ALVELAND.
Alvedans, musikk, marknad, teater, ansiktsmaling, bogeskyting, natursti, leirliv og historisk vandring, kaffi, kaker og supa. Hovudartist var den arktiske alven, Elin Kåven frå Alta. Debykonsert med det fransk/norske bandet Eliwagar.
Artige og trivelege folk frå ulike land og kulturar.

Framtidige nye programinnslag:
kåseri, foredrag, dikt, kurs, seminar, sermoniar, eventyr, workshops, rollespel, barneleikar, bading, teltleir, grilling og mat, alt i tråd med valgt mytologisk tema.
