I contributed to Google Reviews many times but only for beautiful places I’ve travelled around overseas. I hardly do food review, but this time I’d like to say something about the 6-course tasting menu I had the other night at Noodle Noodle. It was such a unique experience for each course since both the Head Chef and the owner came out to explain the dishes and the types of wines paired with the food clearly and patiently! Absolutely no rush job, which I liked! The service was impeccable and the food was top notch! The ambience was friendly and not pretentious! Highly recommended if you’re happened to be around in Stavanger!
A bit of a mixed bag with this. My main issue was that when I walked in they gave me the absolute worst table, right by the kitchen, but when a couple walked in just a couple of minutes later without a booking, they got a much better table. It's always disappointing when restaurants treat solo diners like this. The food was fine, I had the vegan noodles where the noodles were very nice but aubergine was undercooked. The vegan bao buns were really nice. Service was good and friendly but again, very much not the level others were getting. And a real shame the tasting menu was for a minimum of 2 people. Overall, fine, expensive but has some decent vegan options which is good.
The food and drinks were amazing and 5 star quality. Big shout out to the owner and host Gary who really showed me a good time. Really enjoyed my time at the restaurant and would recommend to everyone and anyone who wants a delicious and creative meal expertly paired with drink’sMat: 5/5
Great greeting at the door. Quick seating, drink menu's fast. The food came at the right time. Food is excellent, really tasty and worth the money. Beer section okay, wine expensive. Had to wait a long time for the check, they actually never came so had to go to the counter after 15 min, hence 4 vs 5 star. The food is 5 star, worth a stop

Unfortunately we simply did not enjoy the food here. The bao buns were heavy on weird barbecue sauce and the sichuan noodles had lettuce in it?? And fried noodles? Once you got past that part the actual noodles and lamb was good, but the latter was quite fatty. I hate to give a low review but if you are thinking of coming here, I do not recommend. The cocktail was good, however.

Had an AMAZING time with my girlfriend, sharing the vegan tasting menu. We're not even vegan but were super intrigued by what was on the sharing menu, and we were unbelievably happy with our choice! Every dish was insanely creative in a way that brought together and elevated each individual ingredient. Not your typical Chinese / asian / fusion dining experience in a good and unexpected way! The "Chinese falafel" bao bun, Korean Fried Cauliflower KFC, and Sichuan eggplant were the stars of the show. The miso ramen with bamboo shoots / mushrooms was amazing too, along with everything else. The owner and staff were very friendly and great hosts from the moment we stepped into the door. Can honestly say this dining experience has made my top 5 list. It was sophisticated and creative without being at all pretentious. The decor was also super interesting and the vibes were 10/10. Only regret was not trying a dessert we were wayyy too full. If you're in Stavanger, go here, and give it a try! You won't regret it.
