I liked this place so much that I went there every day during my short visit to Bergen. For a very cheap price, they offer you two small saunas, an outdoor pool, multiple diving boards, and, of course, the sea. I met a lot of locals there and had some lovely conversations in the sauna. The feeling of going from the hot sauna into the cold seawater is something I recommend everyone should do. The only downside is that the place is very small and gets crowded really quickly.
Bergen outdoor swimming pool. Bring your swimsuit and towel. There are changing rooms and showers. You can safely enjoy Norwegian swimming and sauna right on the beach. You can also dive. Parking can be done at the building near the entrance see attached photo.
Awesome. One of the highlights of our Norway trip. Pool and sauna were fun and clean. Ocean was brisk and refreshing. Fun mix of diving platforms and board for the thrill seeker.
The most cost-effective way to have a sauna and swim. A deep in the cold sea 16 degrees C after a sauna is invigorating.
We stumbled with this pool while taking a walk around Nordnes, went back to the hotel, took our stuff and went in. It was great, a little bit expensive NOK95/adult, but still great. Exterior temperature was 17° meanwhile, in the pool, we had 31°, which felt amazing. It was not that crowded, you could sweam around without molesting anyone. Locker rooms are kinda small and the available lockers are VERY tiny, so almost nothing fits in, meaning you have to leave everything on a hanger outside with everyone else's things.
Very nice view and perfect water temperature for enjoying a sunset in March. The sauna also had the perfect temperature. The only problem was that the floor in changing rooms was extremely dirty which made it hard to change without putting dort all over the inside of my pants and socks.
Fantastisk tur i Nordnes sjøbad på en ellers guffen regntung sommerdag! Vannet holdt 27,9 grader, sjøen var 14,9. Anlegget er sjarmerende og koselig. Toalett i herregarderoben luktet sterkt av urin, ellers bra!
The best thing to do in Bergen ! No matter how the weather is, this is a really nice experience ! The pool is really hot and you have access to two saunas, like paradis in Bergen ! And you may see a great sunset
Nordnes sea bath is close to Nordnesparken and the aquarium. There is the possibility to swim in the pool and the possibility to swim in the sea.Nordnes sjøbad ligger i nærheten av Nordnesparken og akvariet. Her er mulighet for å bade i bassenget og mulighet til å svømme i sjøen.
Amazing combination between sea, pool and sauna and for an affordable price. Great experience
