The centre is the manifestation of the sami shaman Jungle Svonni´s mission to resurrect the lost shamanic traditions of the sami culture.

A one weeks stay at Northern Lights Shaman Centre includes either 2 Iboga ceremonies or 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies. ( Ayahuasca only in Spain retreat events for now)
During the week with other activities will also take place; shamanic lectures and talks, yoga sessions, drum journeys and courses about local traditional plant medicines like Shaga and others growing in the area.
These activities may vary from week to week depending on what special guest lecturers that are booked in. In the blog, newsletter and social media we will announce information about special guests and ceremonies that will take place. Located in the Sami land of Sapmi the center breathes of the culture all through interior design and soul.
About 80 kilometers from the town of Narvik and a couple of hours from Lofoten, the beautiful 19th century farm Lysvoll was purchased in 2014 with the sole purpouse to house NLSC
Miles away from the nearest village the uniqe location offers total privacy and a setting found nowhere else in the world.
The 200 hectare premises stretches from the shore of Tysfjord to the tops of the mighty surrounding mountains. The center is 50 meters from the shore and holds full fishing rights, so our guest are free to try their luck in the crystal clear and famously rich waters of the fjord.
Right across the water Norways national mountain Stetind rises in all its glory in the northern lights at night, a perfect place for a relaxing walk in nature between activities.
The first floor of Lysvoll holds 9 guest rooms with a total of 17 beds.
Our serving menu is based on traditional Sami delicacies and dishes made only from local organic produce, prepared with techniques used for thousands of years. The are always vegetarian and vegan alternatives as well as homemade breads, juices, nutbars, jams, fruits and smoothies to give you the optimal nutritous boosts between activities.
