A very nice and, above all, large campsite where you can easily find a spot far from other campers. Everything is clean, showers are free and very spacious. The ladies at the reception are friendly. Just be careful where you pitch your tent if it's going to be very windy at night—there are lots of trees in the campsite that tend to lean significantly in strong winds. It's also great that you can arrive at night when the reception is closed and take care of the check-in in the morning.
Nice camping near the start of the Preikestolen hike. Nice warm showers, however no where to sit dry without having to order food. Finally, it is impossible to reach them neither by phone nor by email. This is unfortunate should you need to reach reception for any queries. Aktiviteter i nærheten: Preikestolen hike
Very friendly staff, perfect place for children since there is enough space to play, a small river children can play in, rocks to climb on. Enough showers and toilets, which are cleaned regularly. There is no shop on the campground. Shower and wifi included, yet the price is quite expensive. But the campground is totally worth it!Service: 5/5
Great for staying before the hike to preikestolen, but very crowded and the „find your own space“ can be nice but also a bit chaotic. Showers are plenty and nice. Would recommend for 1-2 nights but not longer.
This camp is a very good place to stay if you are planning to go to Preikestolen. Be prepared that it will be full during the high season. The prices are high, but you can expect them at this location. The girls that we met at the reception were very nice, and the check-in was really quick considering how many people were waiting there. You can choose any spot you like to camp. Bathrooms and toilets were free and clean at any time of the day.
Large campsite close 4k to Preikstolen hiking trail. Very busy. Check-in easy and reception staff pleasant and helpful. Showers and toilets ok. Washing and drying paid by app. This site could be improved by marking pitches. No marked pitches means parking becomes a bun fight as the site fills. Some people lack spatial awareness and park within a couple of feet of other vans.
We had to pay double 380 KR , because me and my partner came with 2 motorbikes 1 tent .... I think it's a bit outrageous. Came late and wanted a place to sleep and shower , if I knew it I would have gone to a other place. Rest of camping stuff is nice.Rom: 2/5
Very nice camping. Very big with a lot of space for tents and caravans. It has two small ponds with ducks and some bbqs over the camping. There are a lot of people because it’s close to Preikestolen but it’s really big so you can have your privacy. It has a lot of bathrooms, they are fine. The showers could be a little cleaner. If you want to go to preikestolen you have to go by car 250nok for parking up there or you can go walking from the camping but it’s 4km walking by the road.
Nice campsite close to Preikestolen, facilities are clean, but we were there on a rainy day and a lot of mud from the outside was carried in. Checkin is super easy at the reception, you can choose a spot to stay yourself. Great place if you want to take the hike tour on the next day. No playgrounds, missing kitchen
I was really happy about all accomondation services. Only bad part was, that if you are at forthest spot, with tent, you have to walk like 200m to toilet/kitchen/shower. Would be nice with another toilet in another end of camping. Also need to keep in mind, if you book car+tent package, you need to pay additionally for driver as yourself. Like, if you order a burger, you need to pay for meat seperately.
