SAIH (Studentenes og Akademikernes Internasjonale Hjelpefond) er studenter og akademikere i Norges solidaritets- og bistandsorganisasjon. SAIH jobber med utdanningsbistand, informasjon og politisk påvirkning.
SAIH is the Norwegian Students’ and Academics' International Assistance Fund. SAIH works for liberation through cooperating with partners in the South for education and training projects, and through information and advocacy work in Norway. Our vision is that all young people will have access to quality education, because quality education based on local context and local needs will inform, raise awareness, develop and liberate individuals, groups and societies, and provide tools to critical and independent thinking. Hence our motto is “Education for Liberation”!
Here in Ås we mostly have fun events aimed to engage and inform students and academics and we also form a very nice friend group!
Our weekly meetings are at Monday afternoons at 16.15 in U122, they are open for everyone.
