Historie

"Nye Liv"is a foundation that works to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families in Medellin, Colombia. These children and their families live in a critical situation, either without steady income, where there is only one parent, or where the child/ grandparents have taken over caring responsibilities. We want to see these children and their families get out of the crisis, by strengthening them out of the resources they already have.

Although our efforts can be seen as a drop in the ocean, we want to be that drop that makes the difference in their lives. Our work is purely based on voluntary effort and we hope you’ll want to participate in supporting our work!

New Life foundation is based on Christian values. We serve all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. Our work is characterized for our dedication, joy, compassion and care for the most vulnerable children in Colombia.

Our desire, is to maintain a closeness to the children and families we support. In order to achieve this, we have teamed up with Juan Carlos and Sandra Calle. Juan Carlos and Sandra oversee the implementation and operation of the project in Colombia, and they are chairmen of the "Fundación Nuevas Vidas" which is our local partner.
