Tafjord Camping har campingvogn/bobil plassar for både sesong- og døgnleige. Vi har tre hytter vi leiger ut, og plass for besøkande med telt/lavo. Besøkande har to sanitæranlegg å nytte, klesvaskmaskin, bålplass og eit mindre kjøkken.

I highly recommend this campsite and its owner, who is also a social activist, has taken in refugees from Ukraine and has also been to Kyiv himself more than once. We talked for a long time about Ukraine and the war, they laughed a bit about our tent and tarpaulin, that they had travelled like that 40 years ago with their children - it was lovely and sincere. The campsite itself under a huge rocky landslide, with a great view of the mountains, a big tent as a dining or dancing if you wish area and a trampoline for the kids. Small kitchen and clean showers included in a very reasonable camping price. You can't see the fjord from the campsite itself, but it only takes a few minutes' drive up towards the dams to see the view as pictured. The road itself to Tafjord along the fjord's shore and through old tunnels evidently hollowed out during the construction of the dams is very impressive. In the centre of the village there is another campsite right on the shore of the fjord and with a heated swimming pool. Tourists are few compared to the main route. Together with the numerous possibilities for hiking around, all this makes Tafjord a really nice place for a longer stay. Warm greetings to the Free Church of Norway from Lviv, Ukraine!
Hyggelig betjening! Flotte omgivelser rent og ryddig, selvbetjent kjøkken med mikrobølgeovn stekeovn etc. Vaskemaskin for tøyvask rimelig overnattings priser!
Ringte å spurte om ledig plass. Bare å komme velkommen skal dere være Fin beliggenhet, fredelige omgivelser. Rene og fine sanitæranlegg. Helt greie oppstillingsplasser både for campingvogn og bobil. En liten stjerne I minus for kort rekkevidde på WiFi til 12 åringens store frustrasjon
Great campsite and a hidden gem. The lady that checked me in was amazing. I stayed in my own tent and facilities was perfect. Nice surprise on a long road trip.
A clean, cozy place to spend the night. We also like it because it had a fully equipped kitchen with plates, cutlery, coffee filter.
Very simple and sufficient place. We stayed there with a tent and it was very quiet and peaceful. Good value for money.

Awesome location! Lots of great spots for van/tent camping. Kid friendly with a nice playground, including trampoline. Helpful hosts, clean restrooms and laundry facilities.
Hidden away at the end of Tafjord is this great campsite. Friendly owner, great sanitation with free showers, a small kitchen, perfect WiFi near the reception. Will return!
We stayed 1 night in cabin 7, the only cabin with private toilet in the cabin. The cabin is very basic, small, one bed is located so close to the ceiling, it is claustrophobic. The cabin small kitchenette had some dirty dishes and not useful pan. One pot was with so much mold in it so disgusting, this means that they do not care to much about hygiene of this cabin. The shower is so small and not comfortable. The price for renting bed linen and towels 100 NOK per person, does not include making the beds. In general, the potent is good, but we did not like our stay, it was the worst stay we had in Norway in 3 weeks. Sorry.
