History

Lyskomponenter AS was established in 1991, as a family business by Yngvar Rønning and his parents. They filled a need that the electrical industry had been waiting for a long time; systematized distribution of spare parts for luminaires. Over the years they developed into a full supplier of lighting. Lyskomponenter had a good start and are still running a profitable and growing business.

Through our nearly 25 years of experience in the professional luminaire market we have acquired ourselves with business connections in both distribution and production. Our products are developed with focus on the customer's needs in line with the latest LED technology. We continuously strive staying ahead in the LED development. This is why some of our product housings are produced in the Far East, while the LED chips get mounted in factories located in Europe. This ensures a short delivery, always updated LED technology, at competitive prices.
