Vi har forsøkt å booket bord her i årevis uten å lykkes. Ifjor høst var det endelig vår tur, så vi reiste fra Hamar. Hver km og hvert minutt har vært å reise! En fantastisk kulinarisk opplevelse var å spise her! Smakene på maten er umulig å beskrive i en anmeldelse, den må oppleves! Har du spist noe godt noen gang? Så gang den med 10x! Hele restauranten var så flott laget, og personalet var så vennlig og serviceinnstilte samtidig så disiplinert. Vi håper at restauranten kan gjenåpnes når ny konsept er klar
On June 6, we managed to get a last-minute, unexpected table. The experience was fantastic, with every dish showcasing the kitchen's remarkable talent and creativity. This is a must do! The food was outstanding. The pre fix menu was full of amazing creations from sea and land. Muni changes frequently with what grease seafood is available. The service was impeccable. Courteous, prompt and very attentive. The atmosphere too was fantastic. It was mesmerizing to see the sea life swim bye. Included variety of fish, jellyfish, starfish….. The architecture of this restaurant that is 5m under the sea was a marvel!
Me and my husband were in this restaurant one week ago. We came from London and we were late for 1 hour because our flight was delayed. Thanks to staff, they were waiting for us all this time. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere overe there. Very good service. Very unusual place and very unusual menu.Mat: 5/5
En helt utrolig opplevelse. Stedet i seg selv er unikt, men en helt fantastisk oppfølging fra personalet. Selve maten er ganske ubeskrivelig. Man får testet smaksløker og spesielle smakskombinasjoner som man aldri hadde tenkt ut hjemme. 17 retter og med en rød tråd på sjømat samt norske ingredienser. Tusen takk for en virkelig storslagen opplevelse! Spesielle kostholdsbehov: Man får spørsmål fra restauranten ca. en uke før man har bestilt, om forskjellige matallergier
No dining experience like it. The space is beautiful and looks + sounds otherworldly. It all really feels like a journey guided by super friendly people. The meal and wine pairing were incredible. All very worth it.Mat: 5/5
Outstanding experience. The architecture, the location, the food & the service. We paid 9500 NOK incl. Tip for 2 with wine pairing. It was an exquisite experience and more than worth it. Some 17 dishes were served.
Dinner 5 meter under water. Was served 13 dishes and 4 snacks. Staff explained every dish and every wine to each dish if you chose the wine-package. Great food, cool location, excellent staff. Really worth a visit. Perfect hospitality.Mat: 5/5
If you have the opportunity, have dinner at Under when you are visiting Norway. A truly one-of-a-kind experience that you will not forget. The architecture, atmosphere, dedication of the chef and the team to create a magnificent evening of exotic and rich flavours is amazing. All dishes are prepared in such a complex way, yet sourced locally. The team basically tracks the ingredients down right in the surrounding of the restaurant. Each dish is explained in loving detail by the team. On the evening of you can choose between a more experiential accompanied wine selection 150€ pp or a more conventional selection with „bigger“ names 300€ pp. Keep in mind that this is 17 dishes, each accompanied by wine. The first 3-4 dishes are served at the upper level - the bar - along with an aperitif. Best welcome small talk I experienced - effortless. We sat at a table second row from the window, once the couple in front of us left they asked us if we wanted to go front row for dessert. You need to plan this in advance, I would recommend 6 months prior to get a table on your preferred date. The dresscode is chic but you are not required to go all out - just dress so you feel comfortable. What an experience!
Dette var en utrolig imponerende opplevelse. Betjeningen er rause og dyktige i sine fag. Både maten og vinen var fantastisk, og komplimenteres av den unike stemningen i restauranten. De tok på alvor det å tilpasse rettene til mine allergier og intoleranser, og gjorde dette på en vellykket og kreativ måte uten å nedsette kvaliteten.Mat: 5/5
