Historie

UPBF is a Norwegian federation of bodybuilders and fitness competitors. UPBF is affiliated with IBFF, IBFA, NAC and NABBA. There is no politics involved in UPBF. UPBF members can compete wherever they please. It is their choice.

Our duty is:
To promote and develop the sport of bodybuilding and fitness for male and female athletes trough competitions;
To promote and advocate fair play, ethics and integrity amongst all competitors, organizers and sponsors involved in our sport.
To cooperate with the international and national federations, gyms, fitness – bodybuilding organizations;
To combat the use of drugs in sports;
To promote and encourage bodybuilding, fitness and figure competitions and events;
To promote closer links between its members and all other sports federations;
To coordinate and protect common interests
