„Welldone TK“ A/S is an ambitious personnel rent and construction company. We recruit and rent only the most skillful, talented and committed construction workers for mounting metal constructions, automatic garage gates, roof and wall plating.
Our story began more than a decade ago – we had only just started-out in construction. During that decade we endured and overcame various roadblocks and challenges, which turned us into seasoned veterans of the field.
They say - find a job you love, and you won‘t have to work a day in your life. Sadly, not all our colleagues followed this sentiment. We had experienced difficulties while working with irresponsible and unprofessional colleagues. Due to our co-workers’ incompetence, projects had to be delayed constantly. Since we worked as a team, all of us had to carry the responsibility for the missed deadlines and mediocre quality. To say it was a complete waste of time, money and energy, would be an understatement. In the end, we put our heads together and eventually came up with a solution to our situation. We understood that if we want to put construction service to another level – we will have to find, hire and train the team ourselves. Because of this decision - WelldoneTK A/S was born. And it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. This name is not a coincidence – our work is frequently referred to as “welldone”.
