Receptionist really nice, he was really polite and lovely but I didn’t know that hair and pubes in our bed was included in the price of the room! This is unacceptable.nRooms were very dirty, black stains on the wall. And the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been washed. Crispy toilet roll and the room had a weird smell. The area was very deserted but quiet at night
This is a subpar hotel in an industrial area inaccessible to public transportation, good luck walking through all the trucks to get to the tram. It's also directly in front of a loading dock with trucks coming in and out all night SUPER loud so you can't open the windows to freshen up the room. The beds might as well just be a spring box, the bathroom towels were stained and dirty, and the breakfast was extremely lacking with all the cutlery dirty as well. The only upside was the check in staff who was nice. Avoid tbh
Stayed there for 5 nights I think? Was in Stockholm for a little vacation with my family. There were insects in my room and the bathroom. Smooshed mosquitoes on the wall and a FULL SIZED BEE in the bathroom mirror light. Nice and quiet receptionist. Get him a better job tbh.. filthy rooms but there are people drying so I at least got a stay for the nights. Super cute Asian shop next door. Ethnic goods that I loved. Itchy beds and a garbage gym. Shower had no pressure and water was kinda weird to handle. Broken pieces in the walls and wooden areas of the room. Shared with my 3 other siblings. Cute paintings though. If you’re there for one night, sure, but stay at another hotel if you wanna have a good vacation.
Place looks like Dunder Mifflin would hold a paper convention there. Rooms are clean although had no soap in the bathroom, and blackout curtains let you sleep in long summer days no HVAC though. The place is next to a noisy truck stop. Windows block out the sound very well, but if you open them to get some fresh air it does get noisy. Breakfast was solid as well. Only BIG issue is location: it's a 22 min walk to the tram across a Mad Max truck wasteland that smells of fish and diesel, and at some point you need to go through a broken down wire fence on to a gravel path. If they had an electric shuttle to the city center, I would definitely recommend. Still, ok choice if you're looking for a budget option and don't mind a walk.
Just don't.ndirty, old, noisy, smelly, unsanitary and unhelpful.nnFor 1450SEK/night I expect at least a clean room.nnDid complain on site, they couldn't help.
