Nice hotel in a good localization - very close to bus/train station. Good price deal for Stockholm but not always due to close proximity to stadium and arena. Very helpful staff.
The overall experience was pretty good. Entertainment was fun, and the bar area and restaurant was really good, including the food. The front desk people were stressed and not attentive very much we stood in line for a longntime a couple times and never resolved what we were trying to get done... but maybe they we're new employees. The location unless you're going to a game was not the best, but the hotel itself makes up for all of that.nOverall not a bad place just needs a few adjustments...
Extremely disappointing with this hotel. While the room is of good size and lobby seemingly modern, the key card isn’t working. Worse, the bathroom is a pure nightmare! Neither the sink nor the bathroom were functioning! It floods instantly and the already very basic amenities soap dispenser were broken! If you plan on not showering, then this is a good hotel choice. The front desk is full of amateur staff, all in their training. avoid it as much as possible!
It’s good if you want a cheaper stay in Stockholm without staying the centre however it’s not much more than that. Firstly, the front desk can get immensely busy sometimes so do expect to wait at least 10 minutes. To begin with the hotel can be hard to navigate as it’s got 2 separate sides but you work it out eventually.nnI stayed on the side which has the glass elevators of which only 1 was working. The corridors smelt odd on the floor I was on. When I got to my room I noticed I had been given an accessible room which is great for the extra space however there’s multiple things that would annoy most people who don’t need these features such as outwards opening doors which constantly want to open, bars all over the bathroom to hold onto and an always on light in the bathroom which is very visible from the bed at night. The toilet seat was broken too.nnBreakfast was great however but the free WiFi provided might be one of the worst things I’ve ever used. It would work at some points then not work at others or even disconnect randomly forcing you to use your mobile data without realising. They definitely need to upgrade the routers to the rooms as it worked in the lobby no problem.nnAdditionally, although it didn’t affect me as the football was the purpose of my stay but you may be put off staying here if there’s a big event at the stadium if you’re a family for example. Excellent location for the stadium for me however.
Old and rough, in need of an overhaul.nFront desk undermanned during check in with long waiting.nBoring area with vast areas of construction works.nAnd the whole area is a marvel of unclarity, few or no signs pointing you in directions towards hotel, metro etc.nThe room was clean, comfy and roomy thus.
