The hotel is great when/if you go for a concert or event at next door arena.nThe room was dated and pretty dirty, no coffee or tea in the room, not even a kettle, we arrived early before the check in, we had a couple of hours to wait… they did not offer a early check in so we asked and paid for it and it was not cheap considering the disappointing room.nWe checked a bit earlier and while in the room the housekeeping tried to come in without knocking on the door, the same happened the following morning, so rude.nThe staff at the breakfast don’t care at all about the customer, greetings is an optional they do not possess.nThe food was below average.nThis 4 star hotel is missing at least 3 or 4 stars.nMaybe some rooms have amenities of a 4 stars hotel but that is like cheating.nOverall the quality is just a word in the name of the hotel.nVisited in June 2025
Incredibly well received by the staff at check-in — everything went smoothly and quickly. Their attentiveness in noticing that we were a family who had booked two rooms due to our size led to a quick adjustment so that our rooms were next to each other. I think that was really considerate of the staff and it made our stay with the children so much easier. Lelle and Felix deserve great praise for their warm and professional welcome.nnFresh, clean, and spacious hotel rooms. Comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. Family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and easy to find and park. We’ve stayed here before, and this visit once again confirmed that it’s an excellent place to stay — we’ll definitely be back.
Went down to lobby for breakfast not knowing breakfast was on floor 7. There’s a restaurant on lobby level. Asked a female employee at the front desk where the breakfast area was. She then had the audacity to ask me if I had a room at the hotel in front of 3-4 other hotel employees. As if I somehow look like I wouldn’t or shouldn’t?? I don’t dress like a homeless person. I am a traveling business professional. I asked if they have a lot people wandering in off the street looking for a free meal. Of course they don’t. She muttered some excuse about there’s a charge for breakfast if you’re not a guest at the hotel. As if that’s not obvious. I didn’t think they were running a soup kitchen. Number one, it’s a rude thing to ask someone. A simple “it’s on floor 7” would’ve sufficed. A room key is required to get to the 7th floor. And she as a front desk employee had to have clearly known that. I took offense to the way I was treated. It’s unprofessional.
Rooms itself ate decent size, clean with comfortable beds. However some amenities are by missing - no body lotion, no hair conditioner, body soap and shampoo are 2 in 1, no safe, no coffee/tea makers and no bath mat. Lobby is impressive and well maintained but corridors on room floors are filthy; no vacuum is done for long time. One if the light is dangling from the sealing at low height so be careful to not bang your head.
Fine hotel but doesn’t have public laundry and did not make it clear their services weren’t available on the weekend took dirty clothes down Friday, was past the cut off and now I can’t clean them until Monday, after I leave. Was also enjoying a beer in the lobby, ordered outside food, and was told I am not allowed to eat outside food anywhere in the lobby I was in the lounge area and not even in the restaurant or anything. Very annoying :/
