We were three people who bought shrimp sandwiches and drinks. As we had a dog with us, we chose to sit outside and have coffee. At 2pm, all the outdoor furniture was still locked, so I went in and asked them to unlock it. Went out and waited for a good while and no one came so I went back in and right before the door the owner of the cafe is standing chatting with a guest/friend, I ask again if she can come out and unlock and then get the answer that I have to wait as she is actually standing and talking to a customer understood it as they knew each other Then pointed out that we had waited outside for so long that our tea and coffee had become cold and was told that it was just to get new ones. Still no interest whatsoever in unlocking so we could have coffee. Another coffee group that was also waiting happened to activate the alarm for the furniture lock and finally one of the staff comes and unlocks it.nWhat a rude and nonchalant treatment and that of the owner of the cafe.nA good way if you don't want any customers.
