Very good selection of food. Very nice rooms. Pleasant surroundings. I will make a minor comment though on the amount of youth they have employed. There is a significant amount of young people making an entry into their gastronomic career through this facility. I think that this needs to be taken into some consideration and the customers need to be patient in certain stages through their visit.

Lovely staff in a cute picturesque town/village. Food was good, but would've been nice to have more than two options. We were however just there for lunch!

We arrived in the middle of the day from nowhere and without reservations, neither for a room, nor for a seat at the dinner table. But thanks to the eloquent receptionist this was not a problem and we were directed to the Countess Cronstedt suite, a very pleasant place, all for ourselves, in a yellow villa with hammocks in front of our veranda. This traditional inn in Bergslagen is also where the Swedish cook university is situated and this explains the attention to detail for the food that is served, both at breakfast and dinner, that were of excellent quality. The wine list is filled up with the classic French Clarets and Burgundies, certainly a good investment for the owners. The clientele during our visit belonged mostly to the Swedish upper middle class, that you will find in various posh retirement homes during other periods of the year. Recommended for the moderately wealthy that likes a quiet afternoon at the bar or playing boule.

This place is very special, it has something that not many places have and that is a wounderfull amazing experience overall.nFirst of the people working here are amazing, they are super friendly, helpful and very nice.nSecondly the food, it's just superb, it's not cheap food and also in that vein it's not massive portions either, but, the quality is amazing, it tastes great and puts a smile on your face from just tasting it.nnLastly I want to point out the atmosphere and interior, it's a fantastic place with beautiful scenery both inside and outside.nI didn't stay the night so I can't talk about that but based on the other things they offer I would think that is good too.nThis place puts quality at the forefront in everything from the food to the bathrooms and soaps.nnIf you ask me, I would say this is a must to visit if you're traveling in Sweden.nGive it a try you will most likely not be disappointed by it.

Adorable cozy rooms with comfortable beds and a pillow menu. The service was great, very friendly staff. Had a 7 corse tasting menu which was delicious. Would definitely come back.
