Over the past 10 years, I have been listed at several different health centers and followed my previous doctor, whom I had great confidence in. When he left two years ago, a void arose that has been difficult to fill.nAfter a long search, I finally found Ekeby health center - and what a difference it has made.nHere I am met by staff who really listen, take the time and show genuine commitment to my health. I feel seen, taken seriously and professionally cared for at every contact.nIt is noticeable that there is a clear structure, competence and care in the entire operation. For the first time in a long time, I feel secure in my care again.nMany thanks to the entire team - you do a fantastic job.

Worst decision to change to this health center, during 4 months of sick leave there have only been problems with the doctor, writes wrong diagnoses and does not know what to examinenMakes decisions that he has no right to makenChange as soon as you can

They get one star because you have to give one. The person who answers the phone when you want to make an appointment shouldn't have that job. Rude, sighs and clearly shows that you are a nuisance because you want an appointment with a doctor. The person who called this time is 25 years old and has had 1!!! doctor's appointment in 15 years at VåC. If you think it's a troublesome patient, you should close the health center. We will do like so many others and change VåC. Too bad because the previous one was the best.

A woman who sometimes sits and answers in the chat is not at all accommodating or helpful in any way.
