Hired Agro Maskiner to fix a boundary cable for my robot lawnmower after a recommendation from my neighbor who had his fixed. Since I didn't have the energy to lay a new cable myself, I wanted help fixing the existing one.nA technician comes out, a good one, and measures and checks. Finds 2 breaks that he fixes. Unfortunately, the robot wasn't charged so we couldn't test it, but once it had power, it turned out that the repair didn't help. For some strange reason, it also became worse than before.nSo instead of taking Agro Maskiner out again and refilling my invoice, I choose to fix it myself. It took a little time but it was worth it.nThe reason Agro Maskiner gets a low rating from me is because they invoiced the wrong time and the wrong price. They certainly adjusted the invoice, but since the job wasn't satisfactory either, I didn't want to pay full price. In my naivety, I thought that it would be possible to meet halfway, but no. They said that they had already adjusted the invoice according to the wishes and that that would be reason enough to have a satisfied customer. The invoice was wrong and should, regardless, be adjusted. Nothing to be grateful for?nAfter a lot of emails back and forth with quite a few mixed in, they simply stopped responding. It just went silent.nSo it was just a matter of paying the invoice and looking happy.nnSo Agro Maskiner gets 1 star because of.nn1. Incorrect invoicingn2. Bad customer service not from everyone thoughn3. Unsatisfactory work performed
