Hired Agro Machines to fix a boundary cable for my robotic lawnmower following the recommendation of my neighbor who got his fixed. Since I didn't have the energy to lay a new cable myself, I wanted help to fix the existing one.nA technician comes out, a good one, and measures and checks. Finds 2 breaks which he fixes. Unfortunately the robot wasn't charged so we couldn't test but once it had power it turned out that the fix didn't help. For some strange reason, it also got worse than before.nThen I choose to, instead of taking out Agro Machines again and topping up my invoice, fix it myself. It took some time but it was worth it.nWhy Agro Maskiner gets a low rating from me is because they invoiced the wrong time and the wrong price. They certainly adjusted the invoice, but as the work was not satisfactory either, I did not want to pay full price. I thought in my stupidity that it would be possible to meet halfway, but no. They meant that they had already adjusted the invoice according to wishes and that that would be reason enough to get a satisfied customer. The invoice was wrong and would, regardless, be adjusted. Nothing to be thankful for?nAfter a lot of emails back and forth with quite a few involved, they simply stopped responding. There was only silence.nSo it was just a matter of paying the bill and looking happy.nnSo Agro Machines gets 1 star because.nn1. Misinvoicingn2. Bad customer service not by all thoughn3. Unsatisfied work performed
