Had ordered two window panes and urgently needed another one on Wednesday etc. They have drop-in Tue-Fri, but when I step inside the doors of this nostalgic company, Mrs Glasmaster says I'll fix it straight away with no frills and with a happy face. I thought service was a dying concept but if you want to experience it live go here. I also got another surprise that I won't share with you. Got in the car and went home and wondered why don't all companies do this, it's genius and creates rings customers on the water I'll go here as soon as our croft needs it and I'll tell everyone about one day that I takes me over memorable events.nnThank you Mrs Glazier you made my day!
