Contacted the health center, the nurse at the reception was extremely unprofessional, and laughed more than listened to what I sought help for.

Been to many bad health centersnBut this one breaks all records.

I have called three days in a row on the dot at 8. Either I get to the answering machine where they say I should call at 8.00. Calling again. Have to sit on the phone queue for 20 minutes only to be told that there are no free times left at all. I have an infection in my throat and eyes and I need to see a doctor but am referred to the emergency room at Norrtälje hospital. Like the hospitals and emergency rooms don't have enough to do?. No, I do not recommend Hallstavik care center. Do you have the opportunity to list yourself elsewhere!

Called on Tuesday to try to get a vab certificate. Today is Friday and the doctor missed the video appointment and was supposed to call several times but still hasn't gotten in touch with me. Absolutely do not recommend this healthcare center.

Nice staff and good treatment. Unfortunately, due to the doctor shortage, it is demonstrably difficult to get hold of doctors who remain in permanent service. But the times I have had to see a doctor, I have nothing to complain about!
