I was sent here to get x-rays for what turned out to be a serious displaced fracture in my foot. X-rays were taken, fracture confirmed, but then wasn’t seen by a doctor, instead sent walking! from nurse to nurse, being asked the same questions, while they were just looking at my foot…. Then after hours of being there was sent back home without treatment, a cast or a walking boot or anything, because apparently there was no one qualified to put it on. On a Monday during the day… How is this possible?? At the end of visit I was offered to come back the next day, maybe someone would be able to help me then… Unbelievable, no words…
Short waiting times. Driven and helpful staff. Wish you could get this help and treatment in all hospitals. Many thanks to LÄK: Sonja Lundqvist, USK: Ronja, SSK Lisa and other staff whose names I did not catch.
What a catastrophically poorly run emergency department! Sent my 78 year old mother home for the second time in a week without her being properly examined. When she asked for pain relief they said they don't do that kind of thing. One baxnar. Nurses acting as gatekeepers and strict doctors with von oben attitude. It can't be this bad!
Must be the worst service in all of Dalarna. Been up with a 1.5 year old daughter 2 days in a row, so a total of 12 hours and then being sent home without seeing a doctor. Absolutely amazing how you can only have 1 doctor in such a large emergency department. Sharpening.
Shit emergency room in all of Sweden I called the health center they said there is no time to go to the emergency room. I came to the emergency room after waiting for 5 hours they said there is no doctor and they said I should call the health center now they don't know what to do. a country like Sweden they have shitty hospitals and the health center
