Calling and getting an appointment is almost impossible. They have no appointments, neither for phone appointments nor for doctors. Monday phone queue full at 8:01. The week before the bkev I urge you to call the same day for an emergency appointment. Called again Tuesday, called at 8:00 got a phone appointment for 3:40. They close at 4:00! Do you get an emergency appointment then!!?? Called again 2 minutes past 8 to listen again if I had another option, then the phone queue was full. How can I get help the same day? And get an emergency appointment....???

Absolutely impossible to get hold of a nurse for advice.

I live in the area. It's hard to get in touch and make an appointment. It's best to just go there. They have hardly any regular doctors or any. Those who were regular have worked from home and handled patient contacts via phone, so forget about seeing your family doctor. Now they've been fired and HC's strategy is - not to hire replacements but to rely entirely on temporary doctors. Fascinating.nnThe nurses are nice. Unfortunately, they couldn't glue together a wound my son had opened. Apparently they don't do stitches in Hofors, for suturing you have to go to the emergency room in Gävle. My son will now have to live with an ugly scar for the rest of his life.
