It's incredibly sad that people who haven't even bought a stroller from us are writing such negative things about our company. We are only 2 people working here and do everything ourselves. We try as much as possible to give our customers good service and friendly treatment....

Personal service was not even a question. We were dismissed as less valuable customers and were asked to come back if we were serious. We were very serious but wanted to see slightly different solutions for caravans but unfortunately we were not heard. We have now bought a caravan privately for quite a lot of money.

This company only wants to sell and does not have the customer in focus. When buying a used caravan you do not get full gas cylinders and it is guaranteed that it is not something he wants to leave.nWhen our caravan was faulty it was always our fault and he did not want to be accommodating and send any spare parts.nSo think twice before buying from him.

Very disappointed. You were going to sell my caravan that I had previously bought from you. The agreement was that I would get 220,000 SEK of the price you set at 260,000 SEK. After gradually reducing the price, the selling price was 223,500 SEK. When I was supposed to get my share, you reduced it to 170,000. You earned 53,500 SEK on the assignment. I lost 50,000 SEK as agreed. If I had been informed about the outcome of this deal, I would have taken the caravan back. I still have a hard time swallowing this losing deal.nBirger Beckman
