Professional!
Terrible experience!nWe were there with our 84 year old father who was in severe pain and had difficulty breathing due to a fall. We had to wait 4 hours for an x-ray, not ok! Some of the nurses were very rude and had a nonchalant tone when we asked about things or needed help. It took 1.5 hours to get pain relief after we rang the alarm bell 4 times, they just came in and said we would fix it but nothing ever happened. We were in the emergency room for 9 hours, completely unacceptable!!!
Very good help from both the doctor and the nurse, friendly and caring no problem with help when you feel a little scared about what's going to happen
10,000 red to the staff who worked last Friday evening! 2/1-26 Sat there with my mom. You were outstanding! You were busy the whole time, one ambulance after another came in but no angry faces, nice and accommodating everyone! A big compliment to you!
16/01/2026. Was in the emergency room, big thanks to all the staff who took care of me in a very good and comfortable way, big thanks to the Doctor who made me calm down and warmly welcomed. Big thanks you do a great job. MVH Shaffe
