Similar experience to many others on here. I am a foreigner on holiday here and got an infection. As I don’t have a Swedish personal number, ai cannot go to the general doctor they dont pick up the phone and you can only book an appointment online with a personal number. Called 1177 and they told me to come here. Accepted by a very nice nurse, paid 2680sek as I am not a citizen and have since been waiting 2 hours. A doctor came to tell us that we will be waiting for at least two more hours and that I sould go to a general doctor instead. If that is the case, why do you first charge the money instead of telling people as soon as they arrive that they should go somewhere else?? Very disappointing.
I had a very positive experience at this emergency ward. The waiting time was surprisingly short compared to other places, and everything was well organized. The staff were competent and also very kind and friendly. I felt well taken care of!
This place is no less than a scam.nnI was checked in by the nurse who made me pay a copay only to be sent to extremely rude doctor who practically shouted at me I am being there with a fever and headache that I came to the wrong place and the tests that I need are not done in their facility. Why did I came to närakkuten when I need to go to akutmottagning?!nnAlright, I am a foreigner and can miss this subtle difference but neither this behavior nor taking payment for no service are acceptable.nnMore so, there were other people with me in line whom I saw in akutmottagning later, therefore they got the same treatment. Swedish people.nnHow many people do you charge for coming to the wrong place, Capio? How many sick people waste their time and health in your lines?
All staff was extremely helpful and professional and thorough in their treatment of my pneumonia! I would definitely recommend this clinic to others in Nacka to receive competent and fast help in urgent situations. Well done Aleris Nacka Närakut!!!
Went in with pain in my feets. Check in nurse was polite and fix all necessary info. Waiting time was short and doctor after talking and looking on me appointed blood test, after what was maid additional test before write out medicines.nVery satisfied with help.
