Getting an MRI is never the most sought-after experience, but my recent visit was handled in a very considerate and kind manner, from a smooth check-in via the hallway machines to friendly staff. What could have been a very stressful process was made to feel routine and straightforward and I very much appreciate that.
I am very satisfied with my visit to Evidia Nacka Röntgen. The staff was very nice, attentive and clear in their treatment and instructions. While I was waiting, I could also see how professionally and calmly they took care of all the patients. They worked efficiently and clearly, while being friendly and respectful. Thank you for the nice treatment!
Had an MRI and the visit was beyond all expectations! Registering at the terminal was very smooth! Got to come in before the scheduled time, which was a big plus! Got all the help I needed wheelchair! Good information about the examination! Have now also been in contact with X-ray via 1177!! Lightning fast response, so the whole experience is beyond all expectations!!
So terribly badnI have been trying to get my X-rays sent to me by email for a weeknEvery day that I have contacted Torgen I have been promised to have them sent but.. not completely without resultnWhat is the problem with X-ray??? I get frustrated - need to answer the phone when they call at a certain time, explain the matter and they say the pictures will be sent! Very bad - need my pictures for a doctor's appointment! I am pissed off
Only three stars because I have now been waiting for an answer for three weeks! Twenty-two days today. Despite all the criticism. Otherwise the visit was good and nothing to complain about.
