Too few staff. Been waiting 15 minutes and there are 3 ahead. Only one checkout open for prescriptions. Very bad.
I usually try to shop locally as I think that service should remain. What I experience, however, is that it can take an incredibly long time sometimes. The worst, however, was when I was last dispatched by a particularly nonchalant woman. There was almost hatred in her eyes. If she is working the next time I come there, I will go to Insjön or Borlänge instead.
To ask a question about whether my medication is available, I have to call the national number, enter my social security number, only to be told that there are too many people in the queue. Let customers call the pharmacy directly and don't ask for ID unless you have a private question.
Thought the pharmacy was threatened with closure. On several occasions I have had to go to other pharmacies when neither medicine nor anything else that was supposed to be available was available. What about the inventory? Sad when the health center is in Djurås and that you then have to travel further, which doubles the distance if you live on the outskirts of the municipality.
There were no XXXXL condoms, I don't know how I'll manage without a perfect fit.
