Had an unpleasant experience, came to Osby on behalf of the region to support a VC, had forgotten my medications in Malmö as it was extremely short notice. Came here at lunch to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist said it went well but without a benefit as I had recently picked it up before. I am the prescriber myself and I don't know if I set a specific time frame for the withdrawal, but needed it urgently. Then I was going to pay at the next cash register instead and then they there male with a strict look almost serial killer-like appearance say that it is fine to take them without a benefit but I have to wait because it is not my turn despite having stood in line for 25 minutes for 3 numbers of waiting time. Had no more time to wait and left instead. During the whole process I had the feeling that he was very stressed and also did as he wanted instead of following guidelines bending the rules to his will.nnHowever, the other staff were very nice of those I spoke to.
