Had an unpleasant experience, came to Osby on behalf of the region to support a VC, had forgotten my medications in Malmö as it was extremely short notice. Came here at lunch to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist said it went well but no benefit as I recently picked it up before. I'm the prescriber myself and I don't know if I set a specific time frame for the withdrawal, but needed it urgently. Then I would pay at the next checkout instead and then they say there male with a strict look almost serial killer-looking that it's fine to take them without a benefit but I have to wait because it's not my turn even though I stood in line in 25 minutes for 3 numbers waiting time. Had no more time to wait and left instead. Had the feeling during the whole process that he was very stressed and also did as he wanted instead of following guidelines bending the rules to his will.nnHowever, the other staff I spoke to were very nice.

Almost always 30 minute waiting time to pick up a prescription. They don't always have what you need at home. Don't always give out what you have a prescription for. You have to spell out exactly what you want to get medicines. The staff is not nice. Unfortunately, there is no other pharmacy in Osby.

Superb pharmacy, extra points to Orietta Forsell. Raise her salary, she fixed so I got ozempic when it was pretty much impossible to get.
