You almost need an interpreter when you pick up a prescription. Oh bad that gom is closed on Saturday.

Excuse me, but are there no Swedes to hire??? Gets mad at these foreign people who are so slow and whisper where they speak. Lucky that I can pick up my prescriptions at other pharmacies.

You feel uncomfortable. The staff walk with awkward steps towards the till and barely smile. The elderly woman who unpacks goods and takes care of the cash register looks as if she would rather be somewhere else. O glares at you as if you were a thief. The only person who gives good service is the man behind the prescription counter. Friendly and always with a smile!!

Extremely long queue at the till on a normal weekday afternoon due to low staffing. The till was unmanned for 9 ! minutes as the small staff was busy with prescriptions. The queue grew to 5-6 customers before anyone came. After these 9 minutes you could have expected reasonably nice service, maybe a fake smile anyway? Instead, someone shuffles slowly up to the checkout with a look and attitude as if you are a nuisance because you please make a purchase here. Lucky that the pharmacy monopoly is scrapped.

Can't say anything more than to say that the staff were nice when I picked up a prescription however it took a while before I was served but that's how it is sometimes.
