God service

Closed on Saturdays?! The fact that there isn't an open pharmacy in the entire municipality on a Saturday is really bad.

You feel uncomfortable. The staff walks awkwardly towards the cash register and barely smiles. The older woman who unpacks the goods and manages the cash register looks like she would rather be somewhere else. And glares at you as if you were a thief. The only person who gives good service is the man behind the prescription counter. Friendly and always with a smile!!

Extremely long queue to the checkout on a normal weekday afternoon due to low staffing. The checkout was unmanned for 9 ! minutes as the small staff was filling prescriptions. The queue grew to 5-6 customers before anyone arrived. After these 9 minutes, one could have expected reasonably pleasant service, maybe a fake smile at least? Instead, someone slowly saunters up to the checkout with a look and attitude that you are a nuisance for making purchases here. Luckily, the pharmacy monopoly has been scrapped.

You almost need an interpreter when you pick up a prescription. Too bad Gom is closed on Saturday.
