Personal service and very friendly staff. They take really good care of all customers here.

Since there was a change of staff, it has been a disaster with waiting times to get your prescriptions out and many times they are not available, you have to come back the next day or you go to Staffanstorp, where you are quickly taken care of and get your goods. I am not alone in thinking this about Apoteket Dalby. Sharpening if you are going to have any customers left.

Received very good help from the staff at the prescription desk when there was a mistake with a prescription for my daughter. They called the health center and sorted everything out for me. I am incredibly grateful!

Warning, go here at your own risk, privileged pensioners with no sense of time treat the prescription counter as if it were a patisserie with chairs and coffee at 10 o'clock in the morning, without shame they stand and chew on everything not relevant to the purchases so the rest of us have to stand for a long time, 1-2h approx to arrive, and then bang boom my prescription medicine purchase is over in 8 minutes, however, it may be that the elderly think that the receptionist is both, orthopedist, doctor, surgeon and manufacture all the medicines at home, don't know, remains a mystery I can't bear to spend energy on, stay healthy is my advice!

There were two people who only took care of dispensing prescriptions, after 10 min one of them left and no one had helped us at the usual checkout. In the end, there were 7 of us in the regular checkout without anyone helping us even when no one would need help with prescriptions anymore. There were a lot of people in the back room but no one came out until after 20 minutes. Will not shop at this pharmacy again.
