Kronans Apotek Åstorp

I am so happy with the pharmacy in Åstorp, where I often get my mother's medication. Fantastically knowledgeable and also nice service, the staff takes the time to answer questions, and explain how to use the medications correctly. Yesterday I was certain I had a picture of my mother's eye inflammation, I thought I would buy eye drops, but was recommended to take my mother to the doctor because it looks like an infection and their eye treatment would not help.nYes, you think what great help, others had probably sold their products, but I got the best help. Today I was in to pick up the prescriptions from the doctor for antibiotic drops so yes she had an infection and needed a prescription.nAnother nice woman who patiently took her time and understood how the treatment goes gave me all the help and also tissues to clean my eyes! Must be Skåne's slowest pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy. Don't have anything at home that is on the prescription. Then have to order. Understand that you can't have everything at home. You can have the most common and no replacement. Since the summer closed on Saturdays!!! There are those who are not pharmacy technicians who serve with a smile. Unfortunately those who handle prescriptions are boring. There is no smile and are totally uninterested in service. Close this pharmacy and leave it to other players who know what service is.
