Opposite to awful service and attitude of Bauhaus staff in Uppsala, I got great help and assistance at Bauhaus Norsborg. The Bauhaus rep, André M, spent almot 40 minutes to ensure that I got all the products and services that I wanted; even calling various departments to make sure things are done correctly and in timely manner. It was worth it to come all the way from Uppsala to this outlet to get help, as the Bauhaus staff in Uppsala don't care a dime about customer service.
