Surrealistic, outrageous situation which seems to happen very often, according to these reviews.nnI bought a shampoo in a cardboard box, WITHOUT A SEAL. I realized afterwards that it was not the product I wanted, and I came here again to return it. The answer? I cannot return it because it is not sealed, and if I wanted to return it, I should have asked for it to be sealed when buying it, for HYGIENIC REASONS.nnSo, you can sell an UNSEALED PRODUCT to me, but I cannot return it because it is unsealed? When I bought it, I was never offered that I should ask for sealing it if I wanted to return it.nnIt might be legal, but super dishonest and close to scamming. I am never buying Sephora again.

It has a good selection and is nice but is crowded and it is under-staffed on weekends which results in a messy store and long wait times. They do keep it neet during weekdays and the staff is nice
