Went into the store to grab a Click-and-collect order plus my complementary birthday gift from Sephora. The e-mail clearly said that I could pick it up in store or via online, but the sales clerk said that I could only get it if I ordered online. Surprised, I tried to tell her that the e-mail said I could pick it up in store, but once again she corrected me and said that it could only be collected online.nnI left the store, confused, and pulled up the e-mail. I doubled back to the store to show the e-mail to the cashier, who promptly gave me my complementary gift. What a confusing and frustrating experience!nnDisappointed that the misinformed sales clerk almost made me miss my birthday gift, since the offer was only valid for a month and I probably wouldn't have placed an online order during this time frame.
A very sweet girl named Nefeli was very helpful , she understated really well what my difficult complexion needed and offered me the best skincare! Also the atmosphere of the entire shop was very warm and made my shopping experience very easy and calm!
Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Accidentally bought a product in the wrong colour and tried to return it later. Was told they don't accept returns if the products haven't been sealed. This company apparently thinks it's okay to sell a product in a non-returnable state and then pass the cost on to the customer when it cannot be returned. I uderstand, for the sake of hygene, that you cannot resell these products if you accept the return, but please just take responsibility for it and repay the customer and discard the item since you as a store did not ensure that the product was sealed when selling it.nnNote that this product never left the bag it came in and the cashier did not mention one thing about sealing the item upon purchase.
