Bauhaus, Örebro Marieberg

Requested a refund but customer service says due to money laundering they can only give me store credit. I asked for the Bauhaus returns policy that states this but they couldn’t provide it. This is a big amount and I would prefer to buy the product elsewhere seeing that the product was poor quality from Bauhaus. They made me feel like a criminal for asking for a refund telling me it is money laundering. Clearly foreigners are treated differently than Swedes. I work hard and honest to make a living. I am now sitting with store credit but I honestly never want to sit foot in a Bauhaus ever again. First time in my life that I was questioned as a criminal.

Very, very bad Bauhaus-Store! Today, I drove 3 hrs in total to buy a swing gunga. Their website and also their internal system was saying that there are 3 in stock. Staff didn‘t found any. And that’s not the first time we made all the way and in the end Bauhaus disappointed us! Bad, bad service!

Terrible service, had to wait 40 minutes for stuff that was reserved online. They could not find them so a totally wasted journey. First tried to make an excuse that they hadnt had time then changed it to they are not in stock.

Extremely extreme slow servers I've been waiting 30 minutes to move this box from up to down as per the picture and no one shows any interest in helping buying this product the customer service was chatting with her colleague and show no interest in helping me to get this product very bad experience with this type customer service I will be heading to another showroom that respects customers. And I think the marketing department won't bother them self replying to reviews they are lazy as their customer service.
