Great service over the phone when I was looking to buy spare parts for an old Briggs & Stratton lawnmower engine. The parts guy spent a lot of time getting me the right stuff. Can't comment on the store in general.

Fraudster! Cheats on a machine that doesn't work, lies and claims it's a handling error even though they don't even want to fix it properly. Hardly allowed to return it even though it didn't even work from the start. Then pay back several thousand too little. Never shop here!

Will never buy a scooter anywhere but here. At first I thought of buying a scooter from another company in Jämtland, but because I received very bad treatment there, I called Hans Eriksson in Frövi. Discovered very quickly that this is where you should buy a scooter! I have never received such nice and good service. You were very helpful. Only the best! I am very satisfied that I chose to spend a few thousand extra on shipping up to Jämtland because it was worth it, I promise. Can't do anything but recommend!!
